When to buy nfl tickets
Trying to buy football tickets at the perfect time is difficult, but here's a couple tips to help you.
1.
In advance:
When the NFL season schedule is first announced ticket prices often increase, however prices typically decrease and one to two months prior to the start of the season is a great time to buy your NFL tickets.
2.
Time it right:
If you wait until the season starts and your team is kicking @$$, you blew your best shot. But don't worry, ticket prices for the majority of games (roughly 75%) will decrease in as you get closer to the kickoff. The Wednesday (or Thursday) before Sunday kickoff there's generally still sufficient ticket inventory to choose from and enough time to have tickets FedExed to you.
3.
Bid on tickets:
A sure way to save money is by bidding on NFL tickets. Just select your favorite football team above and find the game you are interested in. Then enter the quantity you are interested in, select the sections you would like to sit in, and enter a price you are willing to pay.
Expert tip:
TickPick charges sellers a 10% commission. If a user places a competitive bid--within 5% to 10% of the (already no buyer's fee) ticket price--TickPick will often waive a portion of the seller's fee to make a ticket transaction happen. Don't forget?buyers pay no fees regardless of whether they buy or bid on tickets.
4.
Last Minute:
You can wait until the last minute to try and buy your football tickets, but there's an increased risk / return payout. Tickets are available for sale up until game time, but you are limited to e-tickets or tickets which offer a local pick up.
Regardless what you choose, we strongly recommend buying tickets through a ticket exchange to protect you from fraud.
