Univision’s beloved Uforia Concert Series is gearing up for some huge performances this week.
This year, the Uforia Concert Series brings Bad Bunny, J Balvin, and several other Latinx musicians together in Houston and Dallas for a concert benefitting those affected by the El Paso and Dayton, Ohio shootings. By bringing together some of the biggest names in urbano, Uforia Latino Mix Live: Dallas and Uforia Latino Mix Live: Houston is setting up the first time for Bad Bunny and J Balvin to perform songs from their collaboration album, Oasis.
Univision has also announced that, for the first time ever, they will follow in the steps of other music festivals and set up a live stream of the Uforia event in Dallas. This gives fans and listeners who can’t attend the event an opportunity to donate, as well.
“Following the tragic events in El Paso, we are honored to do our part to bring the local Latino community in Dallas and Houston together and to provide an opportunity for fans to support local organizations assisting those impacted on-site and via our first-ever livestream,” says Jesus Lara President of Radio, Univision.
Aside from J Balvin and Bad Bunny’s historic performance scheduled August 8, the Dallas concert will also feature Wisin y Yandel, Reik, Sech, Dalex, Play N Skillz and more. The Houston concert on August 10 will feature Ozuna, J Balvin, Natti Natasha, Pedro Capo, Sebastian Yatra, Tito El Bambino, Reik, Dalex, Play N Skillz and Lyanno.
