Though this isn’t exactly the Yeezy Tour fans were hoping for since the iconic rapper dropped his 7-track offering Yeit’s exciting nonetheless. After the announcement of an advance listening party for his Kid Cudi collaboration Kids See Ghosts in L.A., West has updated his website with a list of three events dubbed “Project Wyoming.”

Two “Project Wyoming” events are happening today (June 6), in Chicago and Miami, with RSVP links for prospective attendees. A third is listed for Brooklyn on June 7, though no RSVP information has been posted for that date yet.

Kanye West

Last week, as promised, Kanye West dropped his album Ye. But this was only after it was played for a select number of guests at what has now become a legendary listening session in Jackson Hole, Wyoming where the album was made. The whole event was streamed to the world via the WAV app and was attended by the likes of Chris Rock, Nas, Jonah Hill, Candace Owens and many more.

Now, as well as sharing new footage from last week’s listening party, Yeezy’s website details three more #ProjectWyoming events. Specific locations within the cities are yet to revealed and details of what the events will involve are scarce. Considering that Kanye and Kid Cudi’s album is set to drop this week, one guess is that the event is a listening party for the project. But with an official listening party scheduled in L.A for the Kanye/Cudi collaboration, we don’t see why these #ProjectWyoming events would supersede it.

We’re excited for more news to surface from these #ProjectWyoming events, including guests, set lists, and start times. Julieanna Goddard, aka YesJulz, who manages 070 Shake and runs the creative marketing agency 1am (which is putting on the Project Wyoming events), posted on Twitter, filling in some of the blanks.

Will these #ProjectWyoming listening parties be the last we see of Kanye this Summer? We hope not, because at this rate of success, Yeezy, Push, Cudi and Co. are well equipped to embark on a G.O.O.D Music tour this season. Check back tomorrow, after the first two #ProjectWyoming events take place.
