Listen to Nas and Future’s New Track “Walk Thru”
DJ Esco really brought out all the stops for his third LP Kolorblind. Now, with the help of “OG Esco” Nas, and his righthand man Future, Esco has brought us “Walk Thru“. After dominating the charts with his 2016 single “Too Much Sauce” featuring Future and Lil Uzi Vert, Esco has spent the bulk of his time in the lab cooking up his next set of bangers.
Before the end of March, Esco dropped “Code of Honor“, the first single off Kolorblind, featuring Future and Schoolboy Q. You can check both “Code of Honor” and “Walk Thru” below.
In “Walk Thru”, Nas raps over frenetic drums and ambient synths. “Got that, sturdy 30 clip, murder Queens rap/ Picture in the precinct on the wall where the D’s at/ It’s bigger than us all, please believe that/ OG Esco, DJ ESCO bumpin’ out your speaker, yeah you need that.” Future croons the melody “I’ma walk you through a drug deal” on the song’s hook before making way for Nas to enter with the second verse.
“Walk Thru” is just one of many incredible tracks that make Kolorblind a nearly flawless LP. With the help of A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Young Thug, DeJ Loaf, O.T. Genasis, Ty Dolla $ign, in addition to production from Metro Boomin, DJ Spinz, and others, DJ Esco has truly raised the game with Kolorblind.
