T-Mobile Park History and Overview

T-Mobile Park is a retractable roof baseball stadium located in Seattle, Washington at 1516 First Avenue South. T-Mobile Park has been home of the Seattle Mariners since 1999, and has a capacity of 47,476 for Mariners games. T-Mobile Park’s retractable roof is unique in that it only acts as an umbrella for the stands and the field, rather than forming a complete enclosure. Due to Seattle’s mild climate a full enclosure was not necessary, however Seattle’s frequent rainy weather required a retractable roof. The roof may open and close during game play depending on the weather

Seattle Mariners Best Seats

The best seats for a Seattle Mariners game at T-Mobile Park are located in the Diamond Club, or Field Box VIP seats. If those tickets are bit out of your price range, the upper level tickets in the infield, sections 320-340, are a great value. It is also important to consider that the Seattle Skyline can be viewed outside of the left field wall, so if seeing the skyline is important to you, seats along the first base line are your best bet.

Seattle Mariners Premium Seats

The Seattle Mariners and T-Mobile Park offer a few premium seating options for Mariners fans to choose from. The Diamond Club Seats are located right behind home plate, with food, drink, and parking included in the price of admission. The seat backs are padded in these sections as well. In the 200 level sections, many seats will include a concession voucher for varying amounts (between $5-$10), waitress service, lounge access, and padded seats.

Seattle Mariners Dugout and Bullpen

The Seattle Mariners dugout is located in front of sections 121-124, and the visitors dugout is located in front of sections 136-139. Both teams bullpens are located in front of the left field sections, and directly next to sections 152.

Seattle Mariners Seats in Shade

Since T-Mobile Park has a retractable roof, seating in the shade depends on the status of the roof itself. The mild Seattle climate normally does not require fans to seek shelter from the sun anyway, so overheating should never be an issue.

Seattle Mariners Kid Clubhouse

If you are taking the whole family to a Mariner’s game, you may want to consider tickets close to the Center Field Plaza, which is where the Kid’s Clubhouse is located. From toddlers to teens, there are plenty of cool options for kids to keep them entertained.

Handicapped & ADA Seating at T-Mobile Park

For those who are confined to a wheelchair and/or those looking to attend a game at T-Mobile Park with somebody who is, there is some important information that you’ll want to know. If you’re seeking ADA or handicapped seating, you’ll find that there are accessible rows at the top of most sections within the ballpark and spread throughout. If necessary, folding chairs will be provided with guests, such as ones looking to sit with a fan confined to a wheelchair. One trick you can use to filter tickets that are handicapped or ADA accessible is by using our “Additional filters +” button on the event page that allow you to select “ADA (wheelchair accessible),” which shows all seats that the seller has marked as handicapped seating.
