Major 13-member K-pop group Seventeen have just announced an upcoming 2020 North American tour in support of their third album, An Ode, which dropped in September. This recent album was the group’s third and their biggest one yet, which should also be the case for this upcoming tour.
Venues for each of the announced cities should be announced soon, and we’ll update this blog with them once they’re out.
Fans can expect tickets for this tour to be in high demand because of the group’s extremely loyal and large fan base, which prompts the question: when do Seventeen tickets go on sale and how can you get cheap tickets?
When Do SEVENTEEN Tickets Go On Sale and What are the Presale Codes?
There’s a Ticketmaster Verified Fan Presale registration, which is currently open for registration through Sunday, October 20th at 10 pm EST. You’ll need to login with your Ticketmaster account, or else you’ll be prompted to create an account with them during registration. Read more on Ticketmaster Verified Fan here.
If you’re verified, you’ll receive a text on Tuesday, October 22nd prior to the verified fan presale at 4 pm on that day, which includes a unique access code. This text would come anywhere from 2-4 hours prior to the presale.
There are a few things to keep in mind regarding this verified fan presale registration, and those are:
- Registering does NOT guarantee that you’ll be verified, receive an access code, or that you’ll have the ability to purchase these tickets.
- There is a four (4) tickets limit MAXIMUM per purchaser per access code.
The on sale date for the general public begins on Friday, October 25th at 10 am local time. If you go this route, we recommend reading up on how to buy tickets on Ticketmaster fast.
If you’re looking to get tickets ahead of that date to get an early start on the market, you can use the following presales and codes below:
- The Verified Fan presale will begin at 4 pm local time on Tuesday, October 22nd.
We always recommend following artists and the local venue’s social media pages and signing up for their newsletters in order to get the most up-to-date information, though be aware that presales and ticket release dates may vary and are subject to change.
Are There Any Purchase Limits for SEVENTEEN Tickets?
There is an overall four (4) ticket limit for this event. Failure to adhere to these limits or exceeding these limits while purchasing tickets through these presales can put your orders at risk of getting cancelled by the venues and/or TicketMaster.
How to Get Sold Out SEVENTEEN Tickets
If you weren’t able to secure tickets through any presales or general sales for Seventeen, don’t worry, you’re not alone. Tickets can still be purchased from secondary marketplaces, although the prices will not be at face value. When an established band like Seventeen announces a tour coming off of a new album release, ticket demand and market prices are anticipated to be on the higher side, but that doesn’t mean that good deals can’t be had – if you know where to look.
