StubHub LMS Pickup Locations | Where Are They?

You’re on the checkout page, frantically double-checking that the tickets you’re about to buy are for the correct date, when you notice one small sentence of text under the “Notes” section that says:

“Your tickets will be available for pickup at the local StubHub Last Minute Service Center.”

A StubHub Last Minute Service Center? What does that even mean? Where is it? Is it close to the venue? What do I have to do to pick up my tickets?

What does “pickup” mean on StubHub?

If you see that your tickets are labeled for “pick up,” it could mean a couple of different things:

• Your tickets will be available for pickup at the venue’s will-call office.
• Your tickets will be picked up at a StubHub Last Minute Service Center.
• Your tickets will be available for pickup at another location local sellers use to deliver tickets to clients. This is usually a local restaurant or bar.

If your tickets are available for pickup at will call, you’ll just need to bring your ID to the venue’s will call window, and you’ll be good to go.

If your tickets say they’re available for pickup at a StubHub Last Minute Service Center (or LMS for short), that’s what we’re here to help you with.

What is a StubHub Last Minute Service Center?

StubHub Last Minute Service Centers are physical offices near popular venues that allow ticket buyers to pick up their tickets the day of the event or even after the event has already started (if you’re not a fan of the opening act).

The only two things you need to know about LMS Centers are:

• The local LMS center is where you’ll pick up your tickets. We have a detailed breakdown on StubHub’s locations below, and . . .
• You’ll NEED to bring a valid photo ID to pick up your tickets.

Fun fact: StubHub Last Minute Services aren’t technically operated by StubHub. They’re operated by “Last Minute Transactions, Inc.” a subsidiary of StubHub’s parent company, eBay. Any tax lawyers know why that might be? (Leave your thoughts in the comments!)

StubHub LMS Locations

StubHub has permanent LMS locations in Los Angeles, Houston, Los Vegas, and New York. StubHub will also set up temporary LMS centers as needed (e.g. for the Super Bowl).

StubHub NYC
