Beer behemoth Bud Light is sponsoring the first-ever Super Bowl Music Festival in 2019, which is to be held in Atlanta’s State Farm Arena. This festival will be the first of its kind, and if early indications prove true, this will be something that will be a yearly occurrence and will host some of the biggest names in music for fans looking for an amazing experience on the weekend leading up to the big game in the Super Bowl host city

What makes this “festival” different is that there isn’t really any filler acts or a long, drawn-out day of performances as many may assume, but instead these are a bunch of star acts that will be performing over separate nights during the weekend.

Headlining the first night of the festival is none other than ATL’s own Ludacris, who will be joined by fellow Atlanta natives Migos. Ludacris helped put Atlanta hip-hop on the map, and the Migos have since picked up the tab as the biggest names in the city’s music scene. Other Atlanta natives like Lil Yachty will be performing, as well as Lil Jon, who will be spinning during his own DJ set.

Friday’s festivities are headlined by an eclectic lineup of Aerosmith and Post Malone, merging rock and roll with hip-hop/contemporary rock. This night should draw an interesting crowd, as you may see plenty of middle-aged folks looking to catch their favorite band of the 80s interspersed with plenty of teens there for Post.

Saturday will feature an amazing show headlined by Cardi B and Bruno Mars, who have plenty of chemistry performing together on the heels of their recent 24 Karat Magic World Tour that sold out arenas worldwide, and shouldn’t have any issues doing so in a heavily-populated city of Atlanta during the Super Bowl weekend.
