NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY OR EARN A PROMOTIONAL CODE. A PURCHASE OF $400 OR MORE IS REQUIRED TO REDEEM THE CODE. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
The PointSmash promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by TickPick, LLC (“TickPick”), 90 Broad Street, New York, NY 10004.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of TickPick and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion period
The Promotion begins upon public launch of the PointSmash game and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 13, 2026.
4. How to participate and win
- PointSmash is a skill-based game. A participant’s ability to score points and complete a qualifying win is determined by the participant’s timing, control, and gameplay. The promotional code is not awarded by random drawing or other chance-based selection. Every eligible participant who records a qualifying first win during the Promotion Period, while codes remain available and subject to compliance with these Official Rules, may claim one promotional code.
- Visit tickpick.com/content/us-open/game and play PointSmash. Entering an email address is required to play.
- Win a game by scoring four (4) points before your opponent. Unlimited attempts are permitted; only your first win counts toward the reward.
- To claim the reward, you must sign in to an existing TickPick account (or create one for free). The promotional code is issued to, and can only be redeemed by, the claiming account.
5. Accessibility accommodation
TickPick seeks to make this Promotion available to participants with disabilities. An eligible participant who cannot access, play, or complete PointSmash may request the same promotional code without completing the game by emailing support@tickpick.com with subject line “PointSmash” during the Promotion Period. The participant must provide the email address associated with, or to be associated with, the participant’s TickPick account and confirm eligibility under these Official Rules. No purchase is necessary to request a code through this accommodation. The same code availability, one-code-per-person and per-account limitation, redemption terms, and expiration date apply. TickPick will not require disclosure of medical records or a diagnosis in order for such accommodation to be granted.
6. Reward
- One (1) single-use promotional code worth $40 off a qualifying purchase, per TickPick account, regardless of the number of wins or email addresses used.
- The code is valid on any US Open tennis event ticket purchase made in the TickPick mobile app, with a ticket subtotal of $400 or more before taxes and other charges. It cannot be used on the TickPick website.
- The code is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be combined with TickPick account credit or any other offer, and is void if sold or exchanged.
- The code expires at 11:59 PM ET on September 13, 2026.
7. Conduct
TickPick may withhold, revoke, or cancel codes and disqualify participants for fraudulent activity, automated or scripted play or claiming, use of multiple accounts or email addresses to obtain more than one code, or any violation of these rules or the TickPick Terms of Use.
8. Privacy
Email addresses submitted to play are collected and used in accordance with the TickPick Privacy Policy, including to send marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.
9. General
TickPick reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason, including technical failures or suspected abuse. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of TickPick, which are final and binding.
