The Colts are a franchise that has a history of producing fantastic quarterbacks that have led the team to great heights in their respective eras. The team won its first Super Bowl back in 1970 with Johnny Unitas under center and was blessed with a long and dominant run with Peyton Manning at the helm, who helped them win another Super Bowl in 2007. Manning's injury woes led way to Andrew Luck, whose talent has Indy fans everywhere hoping for a third Super Bowl title and more. Indianapolis Colts vs Kansas City Chiefs: A Unique Rivalry The Indianapolis Colts (3-4) host the Kansas City Chiefs (4-2) in a battle for playoff aspirations on Sunday, Oct. 30 at Lucas Oil Stadium. The Colts and Chiefs have shared a unique non-divisional rivalry. From 1995-2013, the Chiefs had played in only six postseason games, with four of them against the Colts. Embarrassingly, the Chiefs lost every one of those matchups. The worst of the four losses was in 2013, when the Chiefs committed the second biggest collapse in NFL Read More →

Colts Address Defensive Concerns in New GM's First Year at the Helm in 2017 Draft The Colts seem to be off to a good start during new GM Chris Ballard's reign. After years of drafting luxury picks that didn't necessarily address team needs early on, Indy made no bones about addressing their strong need to improve a defense that has ranked in the bottom half of the league for years. They used their first selection of Ohio St safety Malik Hooker who should start and pay dividends immediately for a secondary that's struggled. They doubled down in the secondary with their selection of CB Quincy Wilson out of Florida in the second round and then took DE Tatell Basham to aid the pass rush in the third. They continued to address areas of need by taking USC OT Zach Banner in the fourth. This franchise knows where their bread is buttered, and keeping franchise QB Andrew Luck healthy and upright is as important as anything this season. All told, Colts fans should be very happy with the direction this team is heading in based on this draft. If you want to find cheap no fee Colts tickets to a game this year, be sure to check out TickPick!
Colts Address Needs and Get Solid Value in 2016 Draft The Colts were wise to place an emphasis on keeping franchise quarterback Andrew Luck as upright at healthy as possible with their draft picks in 2016. They took four total offensive linemen out of their eight picks, including first-round pick Ryan Kelly, a center out of Alabama who should also help create running lanes for veteran running back Frank Gore. They spent their third-round pick on offensive tackle Le'Raven Clark, a long-armed offensive tackle out of Texas Tech who they hope will develop into a bookend tackle for years to come or at the very least a solid guard to hold down the interior line with Kelly. Their second-rounder T.J. Green, a safety out of Clemson, addresses another major area of need at a good value. He will hopefully help shore up a secondary that has had some holes in recent seasons and will help in a division that has three young quarterbacks they will see twice a year for the next number of years. In a passing league, you can't go wrong with a highly-rated safety. All in all, this draft should be lauded for Indy's commitment to protecting Luck, and Luck is likely very grateful and a big fan of what they've done, here.

Colts Look to Return to Playoffs with Reasonable Schedule It's do or die for the Colts. In a weak AFC South, they continue to struggle and have regressed to mediocre the past two seasons. The good news is with a new, competent GM and a soft schedule, the Colts have a golden opportuntity to return to the playoffs after a two year absence. It's time to stop wasting Andrew Luck's prime. Facing the 49ers, Bowns, Jaguars (twice), and Rams will certainly help the team improve from last year's 8-8 effort. The Colts will be players in the AFC South division race.
