• How does selling tickets on TickPick work?
Easy. By using our Listing Agent you will be walked through the steps needed to have your tickets listed for sale on TickPick as well as other marketplaces.
• What information do I need to list my tickets?
You'll need to know what event your tickets are for and the exact seat location, including seat numbers. We will also ask you to disclose important information about your tickets, such as: if they are partial/limited view, seats in a wheelchair row, etc. You'll also be asked to provide a valid credit card or debit card to list your tickets.
Does it cost me anything to list tickets?
There's no cost to list your tickets for sale on TickPick. You can delete your listing(s) at any time as long as they have not sold yet. You will only be charged a small commission if your tickets sell.
• What is the commission / what is the payout if my tickets sell?
When your tickets sell you will receive a 90% payout, thus equal to a 10% commission. For example, if you list your tickets for sale through Listing Agent for $100, you will receive a payout of $90, while the buyer pays $100 on TickPick.
• What do I pay if my tickets sell on another marketplace via TickPick's listing agent?
We make sure that no matter where your tickets sell you will receive the same payout.
• What do buyers pay?
On TickPick, buyers will pay only your listing price.
• Can I list my tickets on TickPick and on other marketplaces at the same time?
Absolutely not. TickPick's Listing Agent is already doing this, so that would create problems and add potential risks to you selling your tickets twice. If you list tickets through Listing Agent and they sell, you are obligated to fulfill the order. If you are unable to fulfill the order you will be charged a replacement fee which can equal 200% or more of your listing price.
• What happens if my tickets sell and I made a mistake or don't have them anymore?
We understand that mistakes happen, but buyers are not as understanding. When your tickets sell you are obligated to provide those exact seats to the buyer. If you don't have those exact tickets but you have other ones to provide as replacements, it will be at TickPick's sole discretion if they are comparable or better than the ones originally listed for sale. If they are not, you will be charged a replacement fee equal to our cost to acquire suitable replacement tickets or to find another suitable resolution with the buyer. The bottom line - Be responsible and diligent when listing tickets for sale, because you will be expected to fulfill the order.
• When and how will I get paid if my tickets are purchased?
You will receive your full payout via PayPal to the e-mail address on file with TickPick. Payments will be made 1-14 days after the event occurs. You are paid for the sale after the event occurs to ensure that there are no issues with the validity of the tickets.
• What happens if I don't have a PayPal account?
Don't worry, you can still sell your tickets. Once payment is sent you'll receive an email from PayPal to set up a free account and claim your money, which is super easy. If you have any issues with this, feel free to email us at
• Can I list tickets for sale that I don't have in hand?
Yes. When you are listing the tickets for sale, you will be asked if the tickets are currently in your possession. If they are not, you will be able to mark an "in-hand date" which will be advertised on your listing to potential buyers. Please be as conservative as possible when setting your in-hand date. If you are unable to delivery your tickets by the in-hand date promised TickPick may cancel the sale at its sole discretion and you may be subject to cancellation/replacement fees.
• Can I upload my e-tickets and make them available for instant download?
Yes. As the final step of the listing process, you will be prompted to attach your e-tickets for the listing. If the tickets sell on TickPick those tickets will instantly be made available to the buyer.
• Where are my tickets being listed?
When listing your tickets for sale on TickPick's Listing Agent, your tickets will currently be available for purchase on TickPick, StubHub, and Vivid Seats, as well as hundreds of other smallers marketplaces. We are currently working to set up Listing Agent to display your listings on ScoreBig, SeatGeek, TicketCity, and TicketNetwork, and anticipate having this set up in the near future!
• How long do my listings show on TickPick?
Depending on the delivery type and characteristics of the event itself, your listings will stop showing at different times before the listed event time. Typically, pre-uploaded electronic (PDF) listings will be displayed up until event time, electronic transfer listings until 3 hours prior to event time and FedEx listings until 3PM on the second to last weekday before the event. The parameters are subject to change at TickPick's sole discretion.
• What's the catch?
