AT&T Stadium Seat Numbers
Here are the details of the Dallas Cowboys’ stadium seating. When viewing the field from your seats, the seat numbers at AT&T Stadium are arranged from right to left.
This means that the right side of the section starts with seat 1 and continues to seats 20-30, depending on the section and row. This also means that seat number 1 at AT&T Stadium will always be on the aisle next to the adjacent section with the lower section number.
AT&T Stadium World Cup Seating Chart
AT&T Stadium doesn’t just host the Cowboys and major concert performers, but is also one of the 16 host sites for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Soccer fans who are looking for an Arlington, TX World Cup seating guide can apply much of the same seating advice from the rest of this blog.
Until seats are allocated, the official World Cup ticket category seating is applied to the seat map. Once seats are known, this seating map will update to reflect all sections.
AT&T Stadium Club Seating
This section of the Dallas Cowboys stadium seating chart discusses club seating. AT&T Stadium has three tiers of club seating: 100, 200, and 300. All club levels offer access to private entrances, premium club lounges, upscale food and beverage options, and broader, padded seats.
The 100-level club seats, AKA The Hall of Fame Club, are located along the sidelines in sections C106-C115 and C132-C139. These premium seats in Jerry’s World offer the best sight lines.
The 200-level club seats, AKA The Main Club, are on the sidelines. Unlike the Hall of Fame seats, these provide perfect views of the field and that massive video screen. Because of that, you can argue that these are the best seats for the Dallas Cowboys. These sections have between 12 and 14 rows.
The 300-level club seats, AKA The Mezzanine Club, are on the sidelines. These are the farthest club seats from the field, but the Main Club provides a great view of the massive video screens. The section itself is steeper than the other club sections and has 16 numbered rows of seating.
Best Seats for Dallas Cowboys Games
The best seats for a Dallas Cowboys game at AT&T Stadium are in the club-level seats closest to the 50-yard line.
Many Cowboy fans will tell you that the 200-level club seats are the best, as they offer ample height to see the entire field and are also positioned far enough back to have a clear view of the giant video board. Keep reading for how to get AT&T Stadium tickets for AT&T Stadium events.
Dallas Cowboys Sideline
The Dallas Cowboys bench is in front of sections C108-C113, and the visitors’ bench is in front of sections C133-C138.
How Many Rows Are There in the Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium?
AT&T Stadium, home of the Cowboys, can accommodate up to 80,000 people. With 460 sections and around 30 seats in each row, the stadium has over 100 rows.
Partying at AT&T Stadium
If you’re just looking to have a good time at the Cowboys game or any other event at AT&T Stadium, sections 425-429 and 455-460 are ideal. These sections are very close to the concourse bars, which feature tabletop seating.

AT&T Stadium Review
“Though tickets are expensive… it is certainly worth the splurge if you are a fan. Like everyone has said before, this is hands down one of the best stadiums EVER!!! I’ve been here for a few games now (I’m from California), and there’s more to see every time.
Everything is so clean, friendly, and super convenient, no matter what level you are sitting at (I’ve had cheap seats & 50 Yard line Primo Seats). I must admit, though, the screen is GINORMOUS and a bit of a distraction, because even with primo seats and a spectacular field view, I kept catching myself looking at the damn screen. I look forward to coming into town and watching my Cowboys play at this AMAZING Venue!”
