Welcome to TickPick’s Ball Arena Seating Chart. Choosing which tickets to buy for an event can be challenging, so we’ve created this guide.

This guide will help you decide which Denver Nuggets tickets, Colorado Avalanche tickets, or concert tickets to buy at Ball Arena. It will also tell you where to find Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche tickets, without hidden fees, at the guaranteed best prices of any ticket marketplace.

Denver Nuggets Seating Chart

Hover over any section for row numbers

The Nuggets Bench is in front of section 148, and the visitors’ bench is in front of section 102. Except for the lower-level seating, everything remains the same.

Lower Level Seating

  • Don’t be fooled by row 1.
  • Row one is not courtside in sections 124-128, 102, 104, 146, and 148. For Nuggets games, rows AA and BB are added in front of the numbered seats.
  • A similar phenomenon occurs in sections 110, 116, 134, and 140. However, they add even more seats. Here, court-side seats are labeled CS1 and CS2. Additionally, nine rows labeled AA—II are put ahead of the numbered seats.
  • Sitting behind the team’s benches can be much more expensive than the same seats on the opposite side of the arena.

Club Level (200’s) Seating

  • Club Seats offer the perfect mix of VIP luxury and close-to-the-action views.
  • The amenities included with any Denver Nuggets Club Seats purchase include special parking privileges, food and beverage services, and exclusive access to concourses and entrances.
  • Club-level tickets are a nice middle ground in terms of pricing. They are significantly cheaper than court-side seats, offering similar amenities, and only slightly more expensive than the upper-level seating above them.

You can view listings for all NBA tickets on TickPick’s website or mobile app, available on the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store. The app allows you to get a full 360-degree Ball Arena seating view from any other section in the arena.

Colorado Avalanche Seating Chart

 Lower Level Seating

  • Like during Nuggets Games, Sections 102, 104, 146, 148, and 122-128 add Rows AA and BB to the front of the section.
  • However, unlike the Basketball Setup, Sections 110, 116, 134, & 140 introduce only 2 extra rows that precede row 1. For some reason, they are rows HH & II
  • Remember that these additional rows mean that Row 1, contrary to what you may think, is not actually the first row.  Beware when buying front-row NHL tickets.

Club Level (200’s) Seating

  • Club Seats offer the perfect mix of VIP luxury and close-to-the-action views.
  • Any Colorado Avalanche seat purchase includes special parking privileges, food and drink services, and exclusive concourses and entrances.
  • Club-level tickets are a nice middle ground in terms of pricing. They are significantly cheaper than court-side seats, offering similar amenities, and only slightly more expensive than the upper-level seating above them.

Colorado Avalanche Interactive Seat Views

Using your mobile device, drag your finger across the interactive Avalanche seat view below, or click on it with your mouse if you’re using a computer, to see what your view would look like from Section 126 in this example.

Ball Arena Concert Seating Chart

  • Floor Seats—Unlike many large venues, the Ball Arena doesn’t set up the floor level with a standing room or general admission. Instead, it offers ticketed seats like the rest of the venue. But don’t fret. From personal experience, we can tell you that rock, rap, and even electronic concerts are just as enjoyable from a seat as they are standing.
  • Stage—Concerts at the Ball Arena are generally set up like the picture above. However, on rare occasions, the stage is located in the center, in which case sections AAA-FFF still exist, but are simply rearranged.
  • Views—Generally speaking, it is best to avoid seats behind the stage and in the lower rows of sections 110 and 116 because of the possibility of obstructed views.

Ball Arena Seating – Tips For Every Event

  • In each section, seat number one is closest to the lower section number. For example, seat 1 in Section 122 is on the aisle next to Section 121.
  • This means that when you’re looking for tickets in higher sections (such as Section 146), the higher the seat number, the closer you’re to the center of the ice or the center of the court. But in lower sections such as 102 or 104, you’d want a lower seat number closer to the action.

100s Level Seats

  • The section numbers begin with 102 (located near the center court/ice) and move clockwise around the stadium, proceeding by even numbers until they reach 148 again.
  • Each row has 18 seats in sections 124-128, 102, 104, 146, and 148.  The other sections vary depending on the row.
  • Be sure to check the seating charts below for front-row tickets. Row One isn’t necessarily the first, especially for Nuggets and Avalanche games.

200s Level Seats

  • The section numbers begin with 202 (located near the center court/ice) and move clockwise around the stadium, proceeding by even numbers until they reach the back of the stadium, where they resume with 260.
  • Most rows have 15 seats.
  • These sections have club seating and extra amenities, including wait service. Club Level is highly recommended and slightly more expensive than the bleacher seats above it.

300s Level Seats

  • Most rows have between 8 and 12 seats, depending on the row.  Check the map for the exact details of your row.
  • If you choose a seat in the 300s, opt for one that is higher up. Many of the lower rows have views partially obstructed by railings. Don’t be alarmed. The stadium is small enough to see the names on the back of jerseys in the top seats.
  • The odd-numbered sections in the 300s are smaller and slightly lower than the even-numbered sections.  The odd-numbered 300’s section runs counterclockwise around the stadium, starting with 301 and ending with 379.  The even-numbered sections run clockwise, beginning with  302 and ending with 380

Ball Arena Reviews

We attended a game between the Colorado Avalanche and the Calgary Flames last night. This is a first-class facility with very helpful staff that made the entrance and finding the correct seats a breeze. The arena was almost filled to capacity but everyone was orderly and the corridors were sufficient to handle the patrons on the way in and out. Colorado ended up losing the game but our experience was great.” – via Tripadvisor “Not a bad seat in the arena.  Very friendly staff.  Reasonable prices on everything.  Same as every stadium I go to.  Have seen all sports here and numerous concerts and it is great!” – via Yelp

Concessions at Ball Arena

Like most large arenas, concessions are decently overpriced. Unlike most arenas, though, you don’t really have much choice when it comes to drinks. The Ball Arena primarily sells Pepsi products. And since you’re up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, why would they need to sell anything but Coors?

Parking at Ball Arena

  • PARKING IS CASH ONLY. The official Ball Arena Website omits this detail, so remember to bring more than your credit card to the game.
  • It’s hard to avoid at almost any concert or sporting event, but the post-event traffic can be terrible at the Ball Arena.
  • A good suggestion would be to go to dinner somewhere downtown first, where you’ll be able to find quicker, cheaper parking a few short blocks from the stadium.
  • PRO TIP: If you can’t handle that walk and have to park in the lot, go to the far side of the West B lot. It’s the fastest exit and dumps you out in Auraria.

Public Transportation to Ball Arena

  • One thing that the Ball Arena definitely does right is public transportation.
  • An RTD Bus stop is next to the 9th Street and Auraria Parkway grounds.
  • The C&E light rail lines run right to the stadium.

Handicapped & ADA Seating at Ball Arena

For those confined to a wheelchair and/or those looking to attend a game at Ball Arena with somebody who is, there is some important information that you’ll want to know. If you’re seeking ADA or handicapped seating, you’ll find accessible rows at the top of most sections throughout the venue.

If necessary, folding chairs will be provided for guests, such as those who wish to sit with a fan confined to a wheelchair. One trick to filter tickets that are handicapped or ADA accessible is to use our “Additional filters +” button on the event page. This button allows you to select “ADA (wheelchair accessible),” which shows all seats that the seller has marked as handicapped seating.
