GA

Allows entry to the venue for all of the artists’ performances on each of the four separate stages and satellite performance areas over the festival’s three days, access to some of New York City’s best food establishments, as well as craft beer and cocktails in all 21+ areas.

GA+

This has all the things regular GA does, but with some extra perks. GA+ passes for Gov Ball include unlimited access to the GA+ lounge with air-conditioned restrooms, shaded lounge hangs, bars, and more.

VIP

Grants VIP access for all 3 days of the festival, including VIP Viewing Areas, flushable (airconditioned) bathrooms, phone charging stations, a full cash bar, free water, private Wifi, and a separate fast lane at each entrance.

Platinum

Think VIP, but even better. You’ll get all the perks of VIP and then some with this pass. It includes exclusive front-of-stage viewing at all 3 stages, complimentary all-day dining, and a full-service bar.

Cabanas

This is by far the most luxe Gov Ball ticket option. It includes a private hospitality area with main stage viewing. Plus, you have the opportunity to customize your experience. It’s a great option for a larger group.

How To Get To Governors Ball

• Gov Ball is open to all ages this year.
• There’s a ticket purchase limit directly from the festival’s website of six (6) for GA and VIP per person.
• There is NO re-entry each day of the festival, guests may enter and exit only once daily.
• No large or hard-sided coolers, lawn furniture or hardback chairs, glass containers, large backpacks, or professional still camera equipment are allowed.

• The only bags allowed are small CLEAR bags (no larger than 12″ x 6” x 12”) and small clutch-type bags (no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″).

Does Governors Ball Have Single-Day Tickets?

Most festivals only release full weekend passes – at first. Once they sell out of all of their 3-day passes, Governors Ball has traditionally released single-day tickets for fans who are only looking to catch a single headliner. These single-day passes hit the secondary market and do typically cost more than the price for individual days if you purchase the full 3-day pass at once, but if you’re only looking to go for one day or can make it one day, it’s worth saving the money and going with the single day.
