The Best Seats at MetLife Stadium
Here you can find info on getting the best MetLife Stadium seat view. First, in my opinion, whether you sit on the Giants side (sections 109 to 117) or the visitor side (sections 134 to 143), some of the best seats are in sections 135, 136, 137, 112, 113, and 114. Putting aside the coolness factor, the best seat would be between rows 10 and 20.
When sitting at or near the 50-yard line, this elevation provides optimal viewing. It allows you to gain depth perception and better angles when the game is played on the opposite side of the field or near an end zone.
When buying tickets in any 100s sections, the first-row seats are only desired for the experience, not for the view. For example, being in the first row of a section in the end zone can be great for the occasional touchdown, but this perk will also have its drawbacks when the ball is on the opposite side. This comes down to personal preference, but I think it’s safe to say that for the 100s sections on the sidelines, you want seats higher than the 10th row, so the best seats are between rows 10 and 20.
MetLife Stadium Seat Numbers
Like many other stadiums, MetLife tries to carry a simple, recurring theme regarding seat numbers and placement. The MetLife Stadium seating configuration is the same for every section, so seat #1 will always be near the aisle closest to the lower labeled section.
For example, in Section 110, Row 1, Seat 1 will be located in the front row, at the seat nearest the aisle between Sections 110 and 109. As you can see in the picture, seat #1 in section 110 is the closest to seat #1 in section 109.
If you have tickets in Section 110, Row 34, Seat 18, you will be seated in the last row on the lower level, nearest the aisle between Sections 110 and 111.
MetLife Stadium Club Seating
MetLife Stadium offers several club seating options, each with varying price points.
Field Level Club Seating – Toyota Coaches Club
Sections 11C, 112-114, 115C – These seats afford access to a massive club between the two team locker rooms. One of the more unique amenities in the NFL is the on-field patio that ticket holders can access, located directly behind the home team bench.
Mezzanine Level Club Seating – Chase and Toyota Clubs
Sections 211-216, 236-241—The seats in these sections are extra wide and cushioned, plus they have additional legroom and ideal views of the field. The clubs themselves include upscale food and beverage options.
Where to Sit at MetLife Stadium if There’s Bad Weather
If the weather is bad, the best seats in the house to avoid Mother Nature’s wrath are located under the overhang behind both end zones. These sections are 121-131, 101-106, and 146-149. The overhang covers rows 36 to 45. These seats are best suited for use when weather conditions are less than optimal.
If you’d rather rough it out while watching the NY Giants or NY Jets, rows 1-35 should have some fantastic deals available.

Concert Seating Chart for MetLife Stadium
The seating chart for concerts at MetLife Stadium is very similar; whether it’s an NFL game or a concert, the one big difference is the availability of floor seats. Depending on the performer, the seating chart may differ. For example, below are the MetLife seating charts for Jay-Z & Beyonce, One Direction, and Eminem & Rihanna concerts. All three concerts have different seating chart configurations.
