Athletics Stadium Seating Capacity

Sutter Health Park has a capacity of just over 14,000 for Athletics games, making it the smallest ballpark in the majors, aside from George M. Steinbrenner Field, which was recently announced as the host of Tampa Bay Rays home games for the 2025 season.

The Best Seats for Athletics Games

There isn’t a bad seat in the house at Sutter Health Park for Athletics games due to its small size and intimate feel for Major League ballgames. However, like nearly all baseball games, the best seats are those located closer to home plate, offering the best views.

Any seats in the Dugout Club between Sections 108 and 116 offer fantastic views right on top of the field.

Premium Seating for Athletics Games

The Athletics offer several premium seating options at Sutter Health Park. The stadium features multiple club areas, including the Dugout Club, located right behind home plate, which spans the front of Sections 108 through 116. Diamond View Dugout club seats include unlimited complimentary ballpark fare and complimentary local beer, wine, and spirits.

The Solon Club is in the right field and spans Sections 201 through 206. These club seats come with complimentary parking and premium spaces, including a private bar that remains open until the end of the game.

The Legacy Club is on the left field behind Sections 122 and 123. This luxury club offers a private balcony for game viewing and a climate-controlled lounge featuring field-level seating.

Sutter Health Park Seat Numbers

The Sutter Health Park seating chart with seat numbers indicates that seat 1 is typically located closer to the lower-numbered adjacent section. For example, seat 1 in section 112 would be closest to the highest numbered seat in section 111.

Typically, the best seats are closer to the home plate. Going by that logic, if you’re on the left-field line, you’d want a seat with a lower seat number, and on the right-field line, you’d look for a higher seat number. (So remember, don’t think of seat and row numbers as the same thing.)

Covered and Shaded Seating at Sutter Health Park

If you’re looking for shaded areas at Sutter Health Park for Athletics baseball games, you’ll be out of luck unless you get tickets to one of the 36+ suites above the main concourse behind the 100-level.

The Beer Garden, located in left field near the foul pole, is an open-air, general admission area that is covered by sunshine and inclement weather.

Athletics Bullpen and Dugout Location

The Athletics dugout is in front of Sections 117-119 along the third base line, and the visitors’ dugout at Sutter Health Park is in front of Sections 105-107 on the first base line.

The Athletics’ bullpen and the opposing team’s bullpen are in right field, opposite Toyota Home Run Hill, a general admission area where fans can catch the game from the grass.

ADA Seating at Sutter Health Park

For wheelchair users and/or those looking to attend a game at Sutter Health Park with someone who uses a wheelchair, read below. If you’re seeking ADA seating, there are accessible rows located at the top of most sections within the venue, spread throughout.

When necessary, folding chairs are provided for guests, such as those who need to sit with a fan while using a wheelchair.
