Unique American rock band Trans-Siberian Orchestra – who perform while utilizing a unique combination of rock, pop, and classical music – have just announced an upcoming winter 2019 leg of their North American tour, with dates beginning on November 13th in Green Bay, WI and continuing through December 30th in Chicago.
Fans can expect tickets for this tour to be in major demand due to the group’s massive cult following of dedicated fans who always make sure to make it out to see them during the holiday season, which raises the question: when do Trans-Siberian Orchestra tickets go on sale and how can you get cheap tickets?
When Do Trans-Siberian Orchestra Tickets Go On Sale and What are the Presale Codes?
There is a TicketMaster Verified Fan Presale for both fan club members and the general public available for this tour, and you’ll be required to login with your TicketMaster account or be prompted to create an account with them during registration. Registration closes on Friday, August 30th at 10 pm EST.
If you’re verified as a Fan Club member, you’ll receive a text prior to the Verified Fan Fan Club Member presale that begins on Wednesday, September 4th at 10 am local time. The general public Verified Fan presale begins on Monday, September 9th at 10 am. Being verified for either presale would mean you’d receive a link to purchase and a unique access code. This text would come anywhere from 2-4 hours prior to the presale at 10 am local time.
There are a few things to keep in mind regarding this verified fan presale registration, and those are:
- Registering does NOT guarantee that you’ll be verified, receive an access code, or that you’ll have the ability to purchase these tickets.
- There is a four (4) tickets limit MAXIMUM per purchaser per access code.
The general on-sale date for the general public begins on Friday, September 13th at 10 am local time. If you go this route, we recommend reading up on how to buy tickets on Ticketmaster fast.
If you’re looking to get tickets ahead of that date to get an early start on the market, you can use the following presales and codes that we’ve found below:
- Local Venue, SiriusXM, Hallmark Channel, Citi Cardmember, LiveNation, and LiveNation Mobile App presales will all begin on Wednesday, September 11th at 10 am local time. For the Citi Presale, fans may use the presale code 412800, but keep in mind that you’ll need a Citi card in order to checkout on your purchase. The LiveNation presale code will be SHAKEIT and the Mobile App presale code will be COVERT.
We always recommend following artists and the local venue’s social media pages and signing up for their newsletters in order to get the most up-to-date information, though be aware that presales and ticket release dates may vary and are subject to change.
Are There Any Purchase Limits for Trans-Siberian Orchestra Tickets?
There is an eight (8) ticket limit per person on the general sale for this event. Failure to adhere to these limits or exceeding these limits while purchasing tickets can put your orders at risk of getting cancelled by the venues and/or TicketMaster.
How to Get Sold Out Trans-Siberian Orchestra Tickets
If you weren’t able to secure tickets through any presales or general sales for Trans-Siberian Orchestra, don’t worry, you’re not alone. Tickets can still be purchased from secondary marketplaces, although the prices will not be at face value. When a group with a loyal fan base such as this tours, market prices are anticipated to be on the higher side, but that doesn’t mean that good deals can’t be had – if you know where to look.
