September 18, 2018 by

In this week’s episode of Warrior of the Week, TickPick is proud to honor Carlos Merino. After serving in the military, Carlos was honored as a vetrepreneur of the non-profit Warrior Rising. We are incredibly grateful for Carlos’ service and honored to send him tickets to see Zac Brown Band!

Veteran: Carlos Merino

Event: Zac Brown Band

Branch of Military: U.S. Navy

Carlos Merino served in the U.S. Navy after graduating high school, completing his service as an Army Medic. As a Navy Corpsman and Army Medic, he had the chance to use his skills to train and help those in need throughout deployments. A Navy Corpsman supports the mission & unit in all aspects of medical readiness, performs basic and advance medical procedures as assigned, and maintains medical logistics at highest level.
Carlos enjoyed working with other advanced tactical practitioners in foreign countries while giving aid to those in need, including service members and local nationals, as required. After his service, he went to school to study management and now is part of a company that supports expedition apparel manufacturing in America. He has also been through the Warrior Rising program and helps other veterans grow and start business.

Warrior Rising is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping U.S. Military veterans achieve success in business through partnerships, mentoring and funding. Mission 6 Zero is an organization comprised entirely of combat-proven Special Operations Forces operators that works with law enforcement, professional athletes, and numerous companies to achieve optimal performance.

TickPick – Warrior of the Week

TickPick is proud to announce Warrior of the Week! We would like to thank U.S. veterans for choosing to serve our country with free tickets to sporting events and concerts all across America. There are never enough ways to thank our veterans and their families.

While still far from enough, we hope that a memorable night cheering on their favorite team or seeing their favorite acts will begin to show our appreciation.

Do you know a veteran or active duty soldier deserving of TickPick’s Warrior of the Week?
