Watch Lil Wayne’s New “Uproar” Music Video
Now that Tha Carter V is finally here, we were hoping for a music video rollout from the Atlanta rapper. Lil Wayne, out from beneath his partnership with Birdman, has been enjoying the reception of Tha Carter V. Fans reeling from the guest appearances and flow deserved Lil Tunechi at his best after what totaled an eight year wait.
“Uproar“, the fourth song on Tha Carter V, has just been supported by a new music video. Directed by Mills Miller, the “Uproar” video features footage of various groups and individuals performing Lil Wayne’s #UproarChallenge dance. Watch it happen, below.
The “Uproar” music video also features cameos from Swizz Beatz (who produced the track), Shiggy, Kid Pat, Fatboy SSE, and others. Swizz Beatz and Lil Wayne recently shared their visuals for “Pistol on My Side (P.O.M.S.)” from Swizz’s upcoming solo album Poison.
So far, Lil Wayne hasn’t announced any official tour dates in support of Tha Carter V, though, he is scheduled to perform twice in Colorado, one show being for the X Games. Will Lil Wayne decide to tour in 2019? We think it’s likely. In the mean time, expect more music videos from some of Wayne’s best work to date.
