Chicago Fire Seating Breakdown
All seat numbers in Soldier Field follow a similar pattern, where the lowest-numbered seat is located on the right side of each section, next to the lower-numbered section. As you face the field from your seat, the lower-numbered seats will be to your right. Seat 1 in section 105 is next to the highest-numbered seat at the end of section 104.

The Media deck, which includes sections 228-246, provides not only cover from the wind and sun but excellent views from the section’s raised seats.
Where Is The Chicago Fire Team Bench Located?
The Chicago Fire bench is located in front of sections 138 and 140, while the visitors’ benches will be in front of sections 134 and 136.
Chicago Fire FC Club Seats
Club seating at Soldier Field is available for a large part of the 200 level and a limited section of the 100 level. More detailed information on club seating is available here:
United Club
Located on the east side of Soldier Field, and encompassing sections 202-216, as well as sections 108 and 110, the United Club features a climate-controlled lounge, specialty food options, and 12 full-service bars. In addition, this area has wide, cushioned seats and private restrooms and entrances.
Fieldside Seating
These seats are located directly on the pitch, getting fans as close as possible to the action. With only 40 available seats, field seating is highly sought after and exclusive.
Where Are The Chicago Fire Supporter Sections Located?
Everybody knows that soccer fans are among the most loyal, passionate, and vocal fans of any sport. With that said, most MLS teams have designated supporter sections that are generally filled with die-hard fans who lead the club’s songs and chants, which really bring the energy.
If you’re looking to sit among the rowdiest fans at this venue, look for tickets in the supporter section, located in the 100 level behind the south goal. Wearing Chicago Fire merchandise that shows off your team pride is encouraged in these sections.
Best Seats at a Chicago Fire Game
As clichéd as it is, there really isn’t a bad seat at Soldier Field. You can feel the energy of the crowd from all throughout the stadium. However, like any soccer stadium, the best viewing will come in the sections closest to midfield. The upper sections at midfield may even be preferred, considering you can find great values on tickets that still give you a great view of the whole pitch.
What Can You Bring to a Chicago Fire Game?
Stadium rules dictate what items can and cannot be brought with you to enjoy the game. Some everyday items allowed are:
- Handheld paper or light fabric banners, signs, and flags that are related to the event and in good taste.
- Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or smaller.
- Handheld non-professional cameras.
- Small clutch not exceeding 4.5″ x 6.5″.

- Accessible parking is available in all lots.
- Lots open 4 hours before game time.
- All vehicles need to vacate within 2 hours after the game.

If you’re seeking ADA seating, you’ll find that accessible rows are located at the top of most sections within the venue and are spread throughout.
