How Early Should I Show Up for Diamondbacks Giveaways?

The Diamondbacks generously give away free promotional items to the most eligible fans (between 10,000 and 15,000) at Chase Field. However, if you want to be on the safe side, we encourage fans—especially those with large groups—to arrive early.

To guarantee receiving a free Diamondbacks promotional giveaway, we suggest arriving at Chase Field an hour before the first pitch. For more popular giveaway items and those intended for children, we recommend arriving even earlier (1.5-2 hours before the first pitch).
