How to Access Tickets from the MLB Ballpark App

Step 1: Download the MLB Ballpark App on your smartphone.

Step 2: Register for an MLB Ballpark or Team account using the same email you used to purchase on TickPick (the same email is required to find your ticket transfer email).

Step 3: Verify your email address via the email you’ll receive from MLB.com right after registering.

Step 4: Confirm that your email was correctly verified in the “My MLB Account Emails.”

Step 5: Once the seller has sent you your tickets, you’ll receive an email from the team notifying you that your tickets have been forwarded to you and are now available in your MLB Ballpark account.

Step 6: On the homepage of your MLB Ballpark app, you should now see details for that baseball game appear on your screen. This graphic will include information such as the game date and the number of tickets now available to you in your account.

Step 7: To access your MLB tickets, click “Open” on the right side of your screen next to each mobile ticket you want to view. The barcode for each seat is what the venue will scan at the gates to admit your entry!
