U2 star Bono is going on tour for a very personal concert experience. The Bono tour is in support of his new memoir Surrender: 40 Songs, One Story, which came out November 1. Each chapter of Bono’s memoir is titled after a U2 song as it tells the story of his childhood to now and how he became Bono. A big part of this memoir centers around how much Bono misses performing and connecting with an audience at concerts. Therefore, his natural reaction was to go on tour and support his new book.

Unlike most book tours, Bono’s is extending with a second leg in 2023.
