Massive American synth pop rock band The Killers have just announced a North American tour for 2020 in support of their upcoming album, Imploding the Mirage, which is set to drop on May 29th. The “Mr. Brightside” and “When You Were Young” singers will kickoff their tour on August 18th in Denver, CO and will continue performing through October 10th in Detroit, MI.

English musician Johnny Marr will serve as the opening act throughout this tour.

Fans can expect tickets for this tour to be in major demand due to the band’s worldwide popularity that they’ve earned over the years, and their reputation for putting on an incredible live performance, which prompts the question: when do The Killers tickets go on sale and how can you get cheap tickets?

When Do The Killers Tickets Go On Sale and What are the Presale Codes?

The on sale date for the general public begins on Friday, March 21st at 10 am EST. If you go this route, we recommend reading up on how to quickly buy tickets on Ticketmaster.

If you’re looking to get tickets ahead of that date in order to get an early start on the market, you can use the following presales and codes that we’ve found below:

  • Fan Club and VIP Package presales will begin on Wednesday, March 18th at 10 am local time.
  • Local Venue, LiveNation, and LiveNation Mobile App presales will begin on Thursday, March 19th at 10 am local time. The LiveNation presale code will be SOLO, and the Mobile App code will be COVERT.

We always recommend following artists and the local venue’s social media pages and signing up for their newsletters in order to get the most up-to-date information, though be aware that presales and ticket release dates may vary and are subject to change.

Are There Any Purchase Limits for The Killers Tickets?

There is a four (4) ticket limit for the general admission floor, reserved floor and price level 1 reserved seating. There is a six (6) ticket limit for the rest of the venue. Failure to adhere to these limits or exceeding these limits while purchasing tickets can put your orders at risk of getting cancelled by the venues and/or TicketMaster.

How to Get Sold Out The Killers Tickets

If you weren’t able to secure tickets through any presales or general sales for The Killers, don’t worry, you’re not alone. Tickets can still be purchased from secondary marketplaces, although the prices will not be at face value. For a band that has a massive following like The Killers, market prices are anticipated to be on the higher side, but that doesn’t mean that good deals can’t be had – if you know where to look.
