Wiz Khalifa Taps Ty Dolla $ign and Snoop for ‘Rolling Papers 2’
In the midst of being on the “Dazed and Blazed” Tour with Rae Sremmurd, Wiz Khalifa has dropped his highly anticipated follow-up, Rolling Papers 2. It’s been nearly four years since Wiz dropped a new album, and a whopping seven years since Rolling Papers hit the shelves.
A few days ahead of its release, Wiz announced the seemingly impossible track and guest list for Rolling Papers 2, feat. Snoop Dogg, Swae Lee, Ty Dolla $ign, and many, many more. Not to mention, the entirely of Rolling Papers 2 spans 25 tracks. Check out the LP details below.
The first Rolling Papers arrived back in 2011, and included some of the Taylor Gang Boss’s biggest hits, including “Black & Yellow,” “Roll Up,” and “No Sleep,” just to name a few. During a recent interview with Billboard, Wiz opened up about the pressures felt leading up to the release of Rolling Papers 2.
“This is as important as my first album. That’s the mark I want to make and that’s how I’m coming into it,” he said. “I had this great career to stand on and all this work I’ve done, but let’s strip all of that away and focus on what I’m about to do right now. This is my time to prove what I’m made of now. Fuck what we’ve done before. We done that, that’s done now. It’s like, what are we doing right now? This moment is so important. It’s as important as when I first came into the game.”
Now, you can finally listen to Rolling Papers 2 on most streaming services. Wiz Khalifa and Rae Sremmurd have a little over a month left of their “Dazed and Blazed” Tour. Check out the remaining list of dates below.
