The Kooks have perfected the art of mixing genres, some as obscure as ska and reggae, while maintaining their catchy, mainstream appeal. After just three months after forming, The Kooks were signed to Virgin Records and immediately met wide media attention with their debut album Inside In/Inside Out. This rubbishy garage rock band continues to be in the brit-pop spotlight.
