What if my tickets are invalid?
In the unlikely event your tickets are deemed invalid by the venue, call TickPick customer support immediately at 845-538-4567. We will do our best to locate comparable replacement tickets. If replacement tickets cannot be found or if you are unable to contact TickPick customer support before the event, we will provide you with a prepaid FedEx shipping label to use to return the tickets to TickPick. After we confirm with the venue that the tickets are invalid, we will issue you a refund for the full cost of the tickets, including service fees and shipping and handling charges. For this guarantee to be in effect, you must contact TickPick customer support within 5 days of the event.
What if the event is cancelled or postponed?
If an event is canceled (TickPick will determine at its sole discretion when an event is canceled) and will not occur at a later date, we will send you an email that will offer you the opportunity to return your tickets within 15 days to receive a refund for the full cost of the tickets, including service fees and shipping and handling charges. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, you may use the tickets on the rescheduled date or, time permitting, list them for sale on TickPick.com.
If an event is postponed but replacement tickets are required for entry to the event on the reschedule date, we will work to obtain replacement tickets for you. In certain instances, such as when replacement tickets are for some reason unavailable TickPick may, at its sole discretion, deem the event canceled.
What if I don't receive my tickets on time?
Call TickPick customer support at 845-538-4567 or email TickPick customer support at support@TickPick.com within 5 days from the date the tickets were expected to arrive. The sooner you contact us, the more able we are to assist you. No matter what, contact us at least 3 days prior to the event if you have not yet received your tickets.
What if there is an issue with my tickets?
If there are any issues or discrepancies with the tickets that you receive from what was purchased, TickPick will do it's best to find comparable replacement tickets. If replacement tickets cannot be found or are not available at a comparable price, TickPick reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full purchase amount to the buyer. In this case TickPick will provide you with a prepaid FedEx shipping label to use to return the tickets to TickPick.
What are your Terms & Conditions?
This guarantee is subject to change at any time without notice. In the event of a change in our BuyerTrust Guarantee, we shall post a revised version of our guarantee here, which shall automatically replace the terms of any previous guarantee posted here. Your continued use of TickPick.com and TickPick's services, as defined in the User Agreement, following the posting of a revised guarantee will constitute your acceptance of the revised guarantee. If you don't agree with the User Agreement or the terms of this guarantee, do not continue to use TickPick.com or TickPick's services.
