The International Hall of Tennis is located in Newport Casino in Newport, Rhode Island. Despite its name, the location was never a casino or gambling facility. It opened its doors in 1880 as a destination for the social elite. The Casino hosted the first US Open and continued hosting the event until 1914.

Located in Philadelphia, the Germantown Cricket Club is one of the nation's oldest clubs that hosted the US Open and the Davis Cup.
