The 2023 Rising Stars Challenge featured a matchup between Team Pau (coached by Pau Gasol) and Team Joakim (coached by Joakim Noah). Team Pau won the contest by a score of 25-20 and shooting guard Quentin Grimes of the New York Knicks (and Team Joakim) led all scorers with 14 points. Two-guard Bennedict Mathurin of the Indiana Pacers led the way for the winning team with seven points and two assists.
