Seats in the shade are hard to come by in this stadium as less than 10% of the seats have some kind of shade or cover. Section 1 has covered seats in rows 59 and higher, section 124 rows 11 and higher are also covered. The top of the stadium has some cover in sections 27-35 rows 70 and higher.

OK Sooners student seating is available in section 29, between the 20 and 35 yard lines. These sections are recommended if you're looking for the party atmosphere in the stadium.

Sections 127-130 offer club level amenities, a 50 yard line view, and chair-back seating. Sections 104-106 offer views near midfield, chair-back seating, and shade in the afternoon.

There are three club areas in this stadium, the Stadium Club, Santee Lounge, and the South Club. The Stadium Club offers chair-back seating, indoor restrooms, flat screen TV's and a buffet you can purchase. The Santee Lounge is fully covered and has chair-back seating. Premium concessions, upgraded restrooms, and a buffet for purchase are available. The South Club offers a padded seat with more legroom, private elevators, and food and soft drinks are included.
