History and Overview
PNC Park is located on the North Shore of Pittsburgh at 115 Federal Street, and is home to the Pittsburgh Pirates. PNC Park's backdrop is the downtown Pittsburgh skyline and the Roberto Clemente Bridge, providing one of the best views of a team's city in any Major League ballpark. All seats in the park offer views of the Pittsburg skyline expect for the bleacher sections. PNC Park was opened for the 2001 season, and has a capacity of 38,362. For the Pirates first playoff series at PNC Park in 2013, an attendance record of 40,493 was set on October 7th.
Autographs
Up until 45 minutes prior to game time (or at the conclusion of batting practice), Pittsburgh Pirates fans have a chance to score autographs from their favorite players. Ticket holders in sections 10-13 and 20-23 will have the easiest time doing so, as these are the sections where the players will be.
Seat Numbers
PNC Park follows the standard venue seat number logic, in that seat number 1 will always be closest to the lower number section adjacent to it. For example, seat number 1 in section 120 will be closest to the highest seat number in section 119, and the highest seat number in section 120 will be adjacent to seat number 1 in section 121.
