Seats to Avoid
Since Joker Marchant Stadium was built back in 1966 there are several seats you should steer clear of. In sections 301-304 row A is at field level behind a chain link fence that partially obstructs the view of the field. Oddly sections 101-102 next to the Tigers dugout have a protective net in front of them, which can be distracting. Also the front row in sections 203-210 has a handrail that is a bit too high and can block some of your view. Other obstructions are caused by the foot paths that run in between sections. For example to first few rows near sections 401-403 are not elevated so views of the field are obstructed when fans walk by.
Detroit Tigers Dugout
The Detroit Tigers dugout is located on the first base side in front of sections 103-104 and visitors dugout is located on the third base side in front of sections 109-110.
Best Seats
The best seats at Joker Marchant Stadium are located behind home plate in sections 105-108 and behind the dugouts in sections 103-104 and 109-110. If you are looking for seats that are a bit less expensive the 100 level sections down the first and third baselines are a nice value.
