Saratoga Performing Arts Center Seat Numbers
The seat numbers at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center follow a simple pattern where seat number 1 is always closer to the center when facing the stage. So for example, in section 4, seat number one would be on the left side of the section when facing the stage. In section 5, seat one would be on the right when facing the stage. For center sections 1, 8, 15, and 24, seat number one starts on the left when facing the stage.
Pit Seating at Saratoga Performing Arts Center
The Pit at Saratoga Performing Arts Center is right in front of the stage and standing room only. The Pit is great for die-hard concert fans that want to be as close to their favorite artists as possible. You can move around the Pit as you please, however, the space is limited. If you don't plan on standing for the entire concert, we wouldn't recommend the Pit. If you are set on having a seat for the concert, the balcony offers a nice view inside the amphitheatre while keeping you dry and cool during summer nights.
Lawn Seating at Saratoga Performing Arts Center
With plenty of grass to go around, there is plenty of lawn seating at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. The most affordable way to attend a concert at SPAC is on the lawn. Lawn seating has no assigned seats, as most bring blankets or chairs for seating purposes. Be aware that some might stand for a majority of the concert depending on the artist, so arrive early to ensure you claim a spot, as the lawn will fill up quickly for larger shows. Although there are plenty of trees around the venue, a majority of the lawn is not covered in the event there is rain.
