The lower bowl (100-level sections) at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse hold 30 rows of seats, while the upper level (200s) sections are more of a mixed batch, with most sections holding between 16-18 rows, with the exception of a few sections just over midcourt (208-209) that all hold 12 rows each.

The Cleveland Cavaliers' bench is located in front of section 127 and part of 126, while the visitor's bench is located in front of section 124 and part of 125.

The Huntington Bank Club Seats are located in sections C107-C110 and C124-127, just above the standard 100 level. The extra elevation these sections offer is great for viewing the entire court, and the complimentary buffet with some alcoholic options is ideal for impressing clients, friends, and family. These seats are as luxurious as it gets without having a suite at a Cleveland Cavaliers game. It is important to note that the Huntington Bank Club seats encompass rows 15-24.

The floor configuration differs for each concert, but generally there are nine floor sections, starting with 1, 2 and 3 being the closest to the stage (starting with row A, ending with row Y or W) sections 4, 5 and 6 typically have the same amount of rows as well. Floor 7, 8 and 9 are the furthest and the rows go from row A to G. The seat numbers work in the same way as discussed above, so seat 1 of floor section 3 will be towards the center of the stage next to section 2, and seat number 17 of section 3 will be on the aisle furthest away from the stage. Typically the best seats are in floor 2, but you can save a lot of money and still get great seats by getting tickets in floor 1 or 3.

Section 107, 108, 109, 110, 124, 125, 126 and 127 have 14 rows per a section and 18 seats in each row. Section 100 and 117 has 18 seats per a row except for row 17 to 24, which has roughly 10 seats per a row. Section 101 and 131 has 4 seats in the first row and each row increases slightly until you get to the 16th row, which has 14 seats, the 17th row has 10 seats and each row increases until you get to row 30 (the last row) which has 25 seats. Section 103 has 2 seats in the first row and the last row (30) has 22 seats. Section 130 has 1 seat in the first row and has 15 seats in the last row. The corner sections may differ for concerts and basketball games.

Sellers must disclose all information that is listed on their tickets. For example, obstructed view seats at Rocket Arena would be listed for the buyer to consider (or review) prior to purchase. These notes include information regarding if the Rocket Arena seat view is a limited view, side view, obstructed view or anything else pertinent.
