Pittsburgh Pirates Dugout
The Pirates dugout is located on the first base side in front of sections 8-10. The visitors dugout is located on the third base side in front of section 7-9.
Best Seats
The best seats at McKechnie Field are located in sections 1-6 which surround home plate. Many times seats in this area also provide the most value due to the competitive prices. The box seats down the base lines are also a nice value, especially when considering the proximity to the field.
Bullpens
The Pirates' bullpen is located behind the fence in right field while the visitors bullpen is located behind the fence in left field.
Seats to Avoid
Because of the roofs that cover the grandstand sections, there are poles that can partially obstruct your view. If there is an obstruction it will be noted in the listing. The seats in sections 19-22 are not pointed towards home plate, which can be a bit of pain when you are straining your neck to face the action.
Parking
There is a small grass field beyond left field but space is limited. Most patrons resort to parking in the neighborhood as businesses and homeowners offer their space to park in for the same price the stadium charges or cheaper.
