To make it a bit easier to reference what would be considered an upper or level seat, think of it as rows 1-40 as the lower tier, rows 41-70 as the middle tier, and rows 71-93 as the upper tier.
Also, it's important to keep in mind that the bowl shape pushes fans farther out from the field as the row increases more so than it pushes them up. In more modern stadiums, the slope is much steeper so you are moving higher up from the field than farther out from it when the row increases.
