We're so confident that we offer fans the best prices on tickets, we've created a BestPrice Guarantee for fans. Subject to the Terms and Requirements below and the TickPick User Agreement, if you can find the same seats on a competitor's site for lower prices than TickPick within 30 minutes of placing your order, we'll add 110% of the difference in price to your account in the form of TickPick Credit(s) (please see the User Terms for additional information regarding Credits).
Why are we so confident? We are the only major ticket marketplace that will NEVER charge any service fees.

How To Submit A BestPrice Guarantee Claim
Fill out a BestPrice Guarantee claim ticket form by heading to this link and selecting BestPrice Guarantee from the dropdown.
Here's what you'll need:
- Email address associated with your TickPick account
- Name and Phone Number
- TickPick Order Number
- Where you found the lower price (please pick from drop down)
- URL of the competitor's check out page
- A screenshot of the other site's price at checkout (including all fees) with a timestamp that is within 30 minutes of your TickPick order
