Arctic Monkeys Concert Tickets
Alternative music exists somewhere in between the worlds of pop, rock, hip-hop, and other genres without properly fitting in. History of the Arctic Monkeys
The Arctic Monkeys were formed in Sheffield, England, back in 2002, with members Alex Turner (lead vocals), Jamie Cook (guitar, keyboard), Nick O’Malley (backing vocals, bass guitar), and Matt Helders (drums).
Their debut album, textWhatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not, came out in 2006, and it became the fastest-selling debut album in UK chart history. It’s been renowned as one of the greatest debut albums of all time, winning Best British Album at the Brit Awards in 2007. Their second album, textFavourite Worst Nightmare, was met with similar acclaim after its release in 2007.
The band didn’t become internationally recognized until around 2013 after their fifth album AM with the hit song “Do I Wanna Know?” which topped Billboard charts and was certified platinum in the United States. It became their third album to win British Album of the Year.
The band has since debuted their seventh studio album, textthe Car, in 2022, which landed at number six on the Billboard charts. They’re now gearing up for a tour supported by Fontaines D.C., an acclaimed band from Glasgow.
What Is the Arctic Monkeys Musical Style?
The musical style of the Arctic Monkeys is known as indie rock, similar to other bands like The Futureheads or The Libertines. They’re a part of the post-punk revival genre of music, meaning that their style ranges between contemporary blues and grunge with stripped-back guitars and heavier bass tones. Their album textFavorite Worst Nightmare is a great representation of this signature sound.
Arctic Monkeys Tickets, Tour Dates, and More
If you’re buzzing to get some tickets to one of music’s most iconic bands of all time, here is everything you need to know ahead of time.
How Expensive Are Arctic Monkeys Tickets?
The price of any concert ticket can change based on many factors. For one, the seat is a major contributor that can affect how much you pay. Seats closer to the stage will naturally be a lot more expensive than those in the balcony.
But other features can lower or increase the ticket price, too. The location of the event, headliners, date of the event, and other features can all make the cost change. Plus, most resale sites will tack on hidden convenience fees at the end that can make an already expensive seat feel insurmountable.
TickPick doesn’t charge convenience fees – ever. And for that reason, you can save up to 10% on concert tickets, event tickets, and sporting tickets for any occasion. Plus, you can save an additional $10 when you sign up as a new member.
What Is the Arctic Monkeys Setlist?
You can’t know the setlist of a concert until you’re there. If we had to go out on a limb, you can expect classics like “There’d Better Be a Mirrorball,” “Body Paint,” and “Do I Wanna Know?” You can also count on new tracks from textTranquility Base Hotel & Casino and the band’s other recent albums.
How To Get Discounted Arctic Monkeys Tickets
When you buy concert tickets from most sites, the price you see never ends up being the price you pay. This is because services tack on convenience fees and other hidden charges at the end. But TickPick is different - we won’t hike up the price of the face value of a ticket due to convenience fees.
This means you can save 10% on tickets to concerts, NFL games, and more. And we’re so confident that these are some of the lowest prices on the market that if you happen to find the exact seats elsewhere, we’ll credit 110% of the difference in price to your account with our BestPrice guarantee.
